Return Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before product shipment or production. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once products have been shipped.

Returns (When Applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returnable items must remain unused, in the exact condition received, and retain their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
Shipping fees will be charged only once (including return shipping); consumers incur no restocking fees for returns.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send an email notification confirming receipt and informing you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original payment method within several business days.
